Terms and Conditions

▫️Services Overview

Items are ordered and confirmed via Messenger, WhatsApp or my website: www.beloved-memorial-jewellery.com. Customisation options will be discussed and pieces will be made as stated on the order. Alterations can be requested prior to finished products by contacting Libby direct. Standard turnaround time is 1-3 weeks, but delays can happen that may extend this time. If any delays occur, you will be notified with an updated turn around time. Beloved Memorial Jewellery is not responsible for mail that is delayed, damaged, lost or stolen. All remaining DNA (ashes/hair/ preserved breastmilk, etc.) will be properly stored and sent back to the customer. Leftover liquid breastmilk will be discarded by the seller as it poses a health hazard from being expired through the postal carrier.
Seller reserves the right to refuse service.

▫️Agreements

No contracts exist between the purchaser and Beloved Memorial Jewellery for the sale of any product until a deposit payment is made. Confirming payment constitutes that you are agreeing with the following terms and conditions.
All sales are final and deposits are paid in advance with no refunds.
Beloved Memorial Jewellery assumes no responsibility or liability for lost or damaged products or shipments to or from Beloved Memorial Jewellery.
Beloved Memorial Jewellery cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged materials due to fire, flood, theft, earthquake, weather or any Act of God.

▫️Refunds, Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

All jewellery settings are handmade and unique. In the case of Breastmilk jewellery, the finish will depend on how your milk reacts (including natural hue/colour of milk).
All sales are final, no refunds will be granted once a deposit is made. Once the order is placed, it is your responsibility to send in all needed inclusions for your pieces. Failure to send in inclusions after one year will result in your order being archived/marked as “fulfilled”.
Example: If your item was purchased on January 1, 2024, I must have your DNA inclusions by January 1, 2025.

If you encounter any issues with your jewellery within 30 days of delivery date, notify Beloved Memorial Jewellery to issue a repair/exchange for your item(s).

Please adhere to the care instructions provided with your purchase.

Beloved Memorial Jewellery holds no responsibility for your jewellery once it leaves our workshop.

▫️Acceptable Use of Items

The jewellery is for wearing only, please keep out of reach of children as small items are a choking hazard. In the case of Breastmilk Jewellery, never ingest leftover preserved powder. Your milk spoils during transit and could cause severe illness if returned milk/leftover preserved milk is ingested.

▫️Payment

The prices payable for ordered items are in Pounds Sterling. Shipping/taxes are calculated separately (international shipping charges may apply).
Payment will be collected via cash transaction or Bank Transfer.

▫️Indemnity and Release

On placing an order for jewellery or other goods, you agree that you irrevocably and unconditionally release and agree to indemnify hold Beloved Memorial Jewellery or owner, Libby Graham harmless from liability and covenant not to sue her from and for any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever whether in law or equity, known or unknown, occurring, during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way from your purchase.

▫️Proper Care for Resin Jewellery

Please inspect your jewellery as soon as you receive it. Any faults must be reported to Beloved Memorial Jewellery within 7 days of receiving your finished piece.
All jewellery blanks are inspected by Beloved Memorial Jewellery when they are received from the supplier. No faulty pieces will be completed or sent to Beloved Memorial Jewellery customers.
Once received, the jewellery including chains, bracelets, clasps, clips and fastenings are your responsibility. Any replacements, where eligible, will incur a charge.
Jewellery is 925 sterling silver, gold or stainless steel. With time and wear, they will show wear. I do not recommend exposing your commissioned jewellery to water or sunlight. Any exposure to elements for long periods of time could result in the stone to change tint. To set your inclusion, stones are made with a special resin. Resin will naturally turn a yellow tint with time, wear, and exposure. Do not expose your resin jewellery to any harsh chemicals, perfume, alcohol based products ie nail varnish, hand sanitiser etc.

Sterling silver can be polished but do not get any polish on the stones themselves. Please remember that not everything will stay in brand new condition and loved items will show loved wear.
